As ESKAR, our mission is to impart scientific information which will enable the development of the policies geared towards providing gender equality and elevating the economic status of women by means of cooperating with academicians from different fields and non-governmental organizations, and to communicate such information  to mainly politicians as well as to various sections of the society, to carry out studies in order to increase the employment rate of women, to enable women to reach managerial positions and to get involved in decision-making mechanisms, to increase the public resources allocated to solving women’s problems, to inform women about their legal and professional rights and the means to reach them, to raise awraeness in women in terms of  demanding equal rights with men.
